This is a custom blog built with Astro, Payload CMS, and SQLite. It showcases a real, end-to-end integration of these technologies. It features an admin dashboard for managing content, including creating, editing, and deleting posts with tags, drafts, richtext editing and media uploads.

While the admin dashboard handles managing content, this front-end uses Astro to render extremely fast and optimized static pages. Both are deployed to a single serverless compute instance behind a reverse proxy. The SQLite database is used to store CMS data and is replicated to Google Cloud Storage for a cheap, minimal persistence layer.

Not a real publication

If you're looking at this expecting a real publication - it isn't one - it merely exists to showcase integration of these technologies and the real GCP infrastructure behind it.
